Griswold has said that the erased files are not protected election records because the files are not specifically mentioned in the Colorado law. But, if they are covered by federal law, they may have gotten Griswold. Let’s hope so.
The Department of Justice has already confirmed that digital records ARE election records.
Colorado’s Jena is being sued in same way to get access to the Colorado voter rolls. It’s the same ERIC organization in the way.
