JULY 14, 2022 – MESA COUNTY, CO. On Thursday morning, Judge Matthew D. Barrett of Colorado’s 21st Judicial District issued an arrest warrant for Mesa County Clerk and Recorder Tina Peters. He also revoked her $25,000 cash bond and called for her to be held in jail pending a hearing.

A judge sentenced Peters to 120 hours of community service and four months of home detention with an ankle monitor.
This is so sad. Judicial Watch settled with Jenna Griswold for not taking dead voters off the voting rolls and Colorado has to be monitored for 4 years. Unfortunately Griswold was not made to step down.
